YESS!!!

Well, okay it's not that exciting. I just haven't been up here in a while, so I've decided to write while I have some down time.

Last week as Spring Break, did no homework and I'm sure I will be stressing about that later today.

I'm anxious to hear about new opportunities, but seems like it maybe more responsibility...we shall see.

On a side note, Spring Break ended awesomely. Went to J's, got my workout in, he taught me swings (how to manipulate the kettlebell correctly) and then we wailed on various exercises. As long as my memory serves me correctly, this is how it went.

1) Tabata (4mins, 20sec intervals with 10 sec rest) 16kg swings
2) Random pushes and presses
3) TGUs (not many, but just enough to learn the technique)
4) An attempt at a 5 set of ladder ring pull-ups (J dominated, I am still a weak little bastage)
5) Random abs
6) Paralette pushups
7) Freedom Brats!

In no way is this a recommendation for a workout program, just varied exercises to get ramped up for what's to come. If you hurt yourself, stop being a dipshit and workout within your means, always use correct technique.

Pretty good workout overall, not too sore, but not expecting to be too sore when just learning the initial technique. Next Saturday will be a different story.

Random musings 02/01

Well, another night. Watched some UFC, had some good convos. I only restated the obvious, which is good that I realize what is wrong and what is right. Sometimes it's just weird, you always fall back to those who you've once encountered before...romantic or just friendly. What you can never have, you always want.
